The Travail Crew has long celebrated the talents of Robb Jones, and for years, we’ve wondered if our hospitality paths would cross into a partnership. At last, the stars have aligned. We’re excited to navigate a new frontier as an alliance in the Minneapolis food and beverage community.
Collaboration, hospitality and community has been in our DNA since we opened Travail Kitchen in 2010. This project is an opportunity to celebrate the craft of food and cocktails, leaving pretense (and silverware) behind. Our approach to the menu is inspired by our past endeavors, our personal favorites and the creativity of our team. Our goal is to provide a self-guided synergy of food and beverage allowing our guests to be adventurous in building a personal experience.
Curated by Robb Jones, owner and operator of the James Beard nominated Meteor, our cocktail menu showcases high-quality ingredients, rare allocated bottles, and hard-to-find spirits. These aren’t just for show, they’re crafted for those who believe the best drinks deserve to be savored, not stored away.
